Screen profiles and send LinkedIn invites with Perplexity Comet

A user handed Comet's agent the job of networking on LinkedIn: search for HR professionals and real estate agents in Singapore, open each profile, check for 500+ connections and a post in the last two months, and only then send the invite, while keeping a list of who it had already reviewed.

How it works

  1. Define the audience and objective criteria (location, role, 500+ connections, recent activity).

  2. Open LinkedIn logged in on Comet and give the criteria to the assistant.

  3. Let the agent filter the search, open each profile and skip anyone who doesn't meet the criteria.

  4. Ask it to keep a list of reviewed and invited profiles.

  5. Review the list at the end and cap the daily volume so you don't break LinkedIn's rules.

Prompt

Replace anything in [brackets] with your own details.

prompt.txt
On LinkedIn, search for HR professionals and real estate agents in Singapore, 2nd and 3rd degree connections. For each profile, confirm it has 500+ connections and has posted in the last two months; if it doesn't meet both criteria, skip it. Only send an invite to those who do, and keep a list of who was reviewed and who was invited. Stop after 10 invites.

Reported result

In one session, the agent screened dozens of profiles on its own and sent 8 qualified invites, all within the set criteria, skipping profiles that required email verification.
