Turn every YouTube video into a newsletter draft with a Grok Bot

Silvia, from the Automate with Silvia channel, built a Grok Bot that takes the link to a new YouTube video and writes that issue of the DoNow newsletter as a draft in Beehiiv, in the tone of past issues. Nothing goes out on its own: she reviews it and hits send.

How it works

  1. Create a new bot for the task (or ask your main bot to create it).

  2. Connect the Beehiiv MCP and sign in to your publication.

  3. Show the bot past newsletters so it learns your tone.

  4. After publishing the video, send the link; the bot saves the issue as a draft.

  5. Review the draft and send it yourself; add voice notes or news of the week if you like.
