Centralize customer support with an OpenClaw agent connected to Chatwoot and Discord

PongFox, a robot maker, handled customers through several people's WhatsApp accounts and nobody knew the status of each case. The team connected an OpenClaw agent (SupportMate) to Chatwoot and Discord: each ticket becomes a Discord thread, and the agent suggests fixes from past cases, points to support videos, estimates hours and parts for billing and drafts the final reply.

How it works

  1. Host Chatwoot and connect your app's support form to it.

  2. Connect OpenClaw to Chatwoot and to a Discord bot.

  3. Have each new ticket open a Discord thread for the team to discuss.

  4. Give the agent the case history and support videos so it can suggest solutions.

  5. Let the agent draft the reply and the invoice, and keep a person reviewing before sending.

Prompt

Replace anything in [brackets] with your own details.

prompt.txt
When a Chatwoot ticket comes in, open a Discord thread with a summary of the customer, the robot and whether it's under warranty. Look for similar cases in the history and suggest what fixed them, point to the right support video, estimate hours and parts for billing and draft the reply to the customer in clear English. Never reply to the customer without the team's approval.

Reported result

Support moved from several WhatsApp accounts to one place with visible status. The agent suggests fixes from past cases and drafts replies, which helps team members who aren't fluent in English. Replies still go through a person.
